Sarah D. Allen
Executive Director of Human Resources
Sarah Allen is Senior Vice President and Executive Director of Human Resources for BNY Mellon Asset Management.
She joined Mellon Financial Corporation in 1992 following Human Resources assignments at Crum & Forster Commercial Insurance and Saks Fifth Avenue. After several assignments in Human Resources at Mellon, including responsibility for leading sector HR business partners, recruiting partners, compensation and affirmative action/diversity, Sarah left HR to become the Director of Business Planning and Strategy for Mellon’s Private Wealth Management division. She rejoined Human Resources in her current role and is a member of the BNY Mellon Asset Management Executive Committee. She has served on various boards, including Mellon Trust of New England, JFYNetworks, the Board of Overseers of The Children’s Museum, Boston and the Stoneham Middle School PTO.
She is a graduate of Allegheny College with a degree in English.
